0. Reservation Policies
Reservations: Request via email at reservas@gopatagoniachile.com, providing: names, number of people, nationality, contact number, date, and destination.
Payments: Full payment for the tour must be made to confirm the reservation. Payments can be made through the available methods on the website, bank deposit, or transfer. Send proof of payment to reservas@gopatagoniachile.com to confirm the reservation.
Cancellations:
Cancellation due to Weather Conditions: A full refund will be issued if the company cancels the service before it starts. During the activity, no refunds will be given due to weather conditions or external factors beyond the company’s control. If any compensation is provided due to a special situation, it will be agreed upon with the clients and will depend on how much of the trip program was completed.
Excursions with Boat Trips: Clients must provide the following information: (Names, ID or Passport number, date of birth, and nationality). This information is required by the maritime authority.
Tour Date Changes: Requests must be made at least 48 hours in advance and will be subject to availability.
