About reservations

To reserve a program you can click on any destination, and within that program, and select the reservation date, to continue with the reservation and payment process in the following steps. You can start from the Top Menu > Programs.

It is possible to make reservations by phone. The numbers for this are: +56(9)62895442, +56(9)6203 8339 or +56(61)2371074.

You can make inquiries and coordinate the following processes by mail, but they are not initially reserved from there.

When you make a reservation with us, the date of the event is implicit from the outset, so there are no reservations without an established date.

Yes, you must include them, as well as minors and the elderly, for some programs discounts and/or release of cost apply, as indicated in each one.

Of course! We are open in the office from Monday to Saturday, from 9:00 a.m. to 7:00 p.m.

About the activities

The tours always leave on time and it is not possible to change the start time. In the case of private and/or special programs, if you want to start at another time you can contact us before making the reservation through our phone number +56(9)62038339

At the end and start of each individual program, the language(s) that each program has is listed. They are usually in English and Spanish.

Since most of the programs directly or indirectly touch natural areas, it is not allowed to bring pets in any of them.

It usually happens when we close the availability of the program on an occasional basis and/or when it comes to technical errors. You can go to the menu: Info > Contact to know more details.

When you click on a program, you will see a calendar and booking form. On each day you can verify the availability that exists for each one.

That is specified in each program. It is usually at the hotel where you are staying or at the Go Patagonia Chile office.

About payments and refunds

We have 1) PayPal; 2) Credit cards; 3) Debit card; 4) Bank transfer; 5) In cash (only in office).

For these cases you should contact us as soon as possible. You can use the Info > Contact and help menu to choose the medium that best suits you.

If the reservation is made online (the fastest) this method is not possible, if you coordinate your arrival in advance of the start of the tour, or see us at the office, this method is possible, but the reservation will be made once payment is received.

The payment of the reservations are made at the same time they are taken, there are no payments in other terms.

If you are paying with a credit card, you can pay in installments allowed by your bank or the agreements you have with it. Otherwise it is not possible to pay in installments.

If you canceled with a credit or debit card, the system automatically returns to the same place where it was paid without being able to modify it. For payments with transfer or cash, it is possible to coordinate a destination other than the original one.

In general, refunds take up to 15 days to be made. If after this period you still do not receive a refund, you must contact us at reservas@gopatagoniachile.com

Cash payment is only available for reservations made at the same office. If you book online, it must be paid at the time it is made, otherwise the reservation will not be made.
