Glaciers Balmaceda and Serrano are located within the Bernardo O’Higgins National Park. It is considered the largest in Chile, covering the regions of Aysén and Magallanes. It stands out for the protection of fauna species such as huemul, sea lions of one and two hairs and birds such as imperial cormorant, eagle, gull and condor. The flora is dominated by evergreen trees, such as the Magellanic coigüe, canelo and Guaitecas cypress.
Tour to the Balmaceda and Serrano Glaciers.
The tour starts in Puerto Natales. During the excursion we sail along the Última Esperanza Fjord, stopping at different attractions; cormorant colonies, waterfalls, sea lions, until we see the Balmaceda Glacier from the boat and after 20 minutes of sailing to Puerto Toro, we disembark to take a guided walk along the shores of Lake Témpanos for 1 hour (round trip), until we reach the viewpoint of the Serrano Glacier and then return to Puerto Natales. It also includes a stop at Estancia Perales, where there is a break for lunch.

We received all the passengers at the office in Puerto Natales. Please be punctual in presentation time.Then we go to the dock to take the navigation.
Disembark in Puerto Toro, where you will hike to the Serrano Glacier viewpoint. There are 2 options; walkways (10 minutes) or path along the shores of Lake Tempano (30 minutes per section).
Lunch with a typical Magellanic lamb roast in Perales Estancia (Let us know if your vegan or vegetarian)

This tour it´s available during all year, in summer there is navigation every day, in low season (between april to august) only sundays or other dates with minimum of passengers.
Kids between 2 and 12 pay half of rate. Under 2 years old are free.
